Guests were invited to savour the essence of the coast through thoughtfully curated menus, premium wines, and the effortless hospitality that defines both Rick Stein at Bannisters and The Jackson Ranch.

The evening unfolded beginning with canapés and Veuve Clicquot served on the terrace as the sun sets over the coastal bushland. Guests were then invited under the stars to the marquee for an intimate four-course dinner crafted by the Rick Stein at Bannisters culinary team, celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients and the flavours of the sea.

The evening features a captivating conversation between Rick Stein and Richard Glover, weaving wit, warmth and storytelling into a night of fine food, sparkling company, and relaxed sophistication.

The wonderful team from Paloma Events Co styled the event. The aesthetic blending modern Australian luxury with Rick Stein’s signature coastal charm. Think linen-draped tables with custom created placemats, soft candlelight, and ocean-inspired palettes of ivory, sand, and sea glass blue. Native florals and textural foliage are arranged with effortless grace, complementing the rustic timber interiors and the glow of an intimate dining space
