The evening unfolded beginning with canapés and Veuve Clicquot served on the terrace as the sun sets over the coastal bushland. Guests were then invited under the stars to the marquee for an intimate four-course dinner crafted by the Rick Stein at Bannisters culinary team, celebrating fresh, seasonal ingredients and the flavours of the sea.

The evening features a captivating conversation between Rick Stein and Richard Glover, weaving wit, warmth and storytelling into a night of fine food, sparkling company, and relaxed sophistication.
