Can you tell us a bit about your business and how long you’ve been in the wedding industry?
“Paloma is a boutique planning and design studio based in Coledale, working across Sydney and the South Coast. We’ve been in weddings for about three years, with a background in creative agencies, interior design and events. Our style is calm, refined and thoughtful.”
What services do you provide for weddings?
“We offer full planning, styling, and on-the-day support. Some couples want us from start to finish, others just for visual guidance. Everything is tailored.”
What makes your approach unique or memorable for couples?
“Our process is deeply collaborative and creatively led, always guided by the couple and their story, their style, and what matters most to them. We bring structure and process to ensure every detail is perfectly planned. That balance is what makes working with Paloma feel effortless.”
How do you typically collaborate with couples and the venue during the planning process?
“We begin by listening to our couples’ ideas, priorities and inspiration. From there, we build a plan and creative direction that honours their brief while considering the venue, guest flow and seasonality. With Jackson Ranch, our collaboration often spans multiple months & we work closely with the venue team to ensure every moment from arrival to farewell is seamless.”
What advice would you give couples who are planning their wedding at The Jackson Ranch?
“Use the whole weekend. The Ranch is perfect for multi-day celebrations. Explore the spaces, lean into the landscape and create something that unfolds over time”
Are there any trends or innovations in weddings that you find particularly exciting right now?
“We love seeing weddings turn into full guest experiences. Couples are moving away from tradition and creating bold, personal celebrations.”
Can you share a memorable experience you’ve had working with a couple at The Jackson Ranch?
A favourite was a three-day wedding with a styled Lodge dinner, unique ceremony, marquee reception and big afterparty until the early hours. The couple gave us creative freedom and it felt warm, elevated and completely them.
What’s your favourite part of a wedding day at The Jackson Ranch?
“That moment before the reception starts. The sun sets, music starts, candles are lit and the whole space shifts into celebration. It’s always special.”
If you could plan or be part of a dream wedding at The Jackson Ranch, what would it look like?
“A weekend of nature and design. Jazz and oysters by the pool, a ceremony in the trees, and a clear marquee dinner party with layered textures, warm tones and curated playlists. Relaxed, beautiful and personal.”
